Privacy Notice.

What personal information GBR Consulting may use, why we use it and the choices available to you.

Last updated: 18 August 2026

1. Who is responsible for your information

The controller is Artur Brikman trading as GBR Consulting, a sole trader based in London, United Kingdom. Email: hello@gbrcons.uk . Business correspondence address: 29 Hopkins Court, Whelan Road, W3 8TB.

2. Information we may collect

Depending on how you deal with us, we may collect your name, work contact details, organisation and role, the content of enquiries and correspondence, project and service information, contract and billing information, transaction status, and information needed to deliver a digital product or consulting service.

We may also receive limited technical information associated with operating and securing this website, such as IP address, browser or device information, request logs and security events, through our hosting and infrastructure providers.

3. Why we use personal information

We use personal information to respond to enquiries, take steps before entering into a contract, provide and administer services and products, manage client relationships, issue and maintain business and accounting records, protect the website and our business, deal with legal or regulatory obligations, and establish or defend legal claims where necessary.

Our lawful bases will depend on the context and can include taking steps at your request before a contract, performing a contract, complying with legal obligations and our legitimate interests in operating, securing and developing a professional consulting business.

4. Online assessment

The sector specific assessment on this website is designed to run locally in your browser. It does not ask for your name or email address, and the assessment answers and score are not sent to GBR Consulting or stored by this website.

5. Payments

If you pay us using a bank or payment provider, that provider may process payment and transaction information under its own privacy terms. We do not ask you to send full card details by email and we do not currently collect card details directly through this website. When online checkout is activated, the payment provider will be identified at checkout.

6. Who we may share information with

Where necessary, we may share relevant information with providers that support our business, such as website hosting and security providers, email and communications services, payment providers, accounting or professional advisers, and public authorities where disclosure is legally required. We only share information that is reasonably necessary for the relevant purpose.

7. International processing

Some service providers may process information outside the United Kingdom. Where data protection law requires safeguards for an international transfer, we will rely on an appropriate lawful transfer mechanism or the relevant provider's compliant arrangements.

8. How long we keep information

General enquiries are normally retained for up to 24 months where they may remain relevant to the business relationship. Client, contract, transaction and accounting records are normally retained for up to 6 years after the relevant relationship or transaction ends, unless a longer or shorter period is appropriate or required by law. Technical security records are retained in accordance with the relevant service provider's operational and security periods.

9. Cookies and similar technologies

We do not currently use optional advertising or behavioural tracking cookies on this website. Essential technical cookies or similar technologies may be used where necessary for website delivery, security or fraud prevention. If we introduce optional analytics, advertising or other non essential cookies, we will update this notice and, where required, ask for consent before using them.

10. Your rights

Depending on the circumstances, you may have rights to access your personal information, ask for inaccurate information to be corrected, ask for information to be erased or restricted, object to certain processing, and receive certain information in a portable format. Where processing is based on consent, you can withdraw that consent.

To exercise a data protection right, email hello@gbrcons.uk . We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.

11. Complaints

If you have concerns about how we use personal information, please contact us first at hello@gbrcons.uk . You also have the right to complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ICO).

12. Changes to this notice
